Return Procedures
- If you are unhappy, for any reason, with your product, the first thing you must do is contact us HERE.
- We will contact you with instructions as to where you are to return the product.
- You must return any products that you do not want within 10 days of receipt in order to be eligible for refund or return.
- You will send your unwanted goods via courier. This part of the procedure will come at your own expense. You MUST provide us with a tracking number for the returned goods or we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
- You will be refunded in the same way as your initial payment was made (i.e. if you paid with your credit card your refund will be applied to it as well). It may take up to 7 days for us to process the return after we receive a tracking number from you.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that the product will be returned to China. In addition we charge a restocking fee of $30 per order.
