Our website does not represent and is not associated with any of the designers whose items we replicate.  Our intention is not to dilute or cause damage to any of these designers, their products or sales, or to infringe upon registered trademarks.  We accept no civil or criminal responsibility if our products are misrepresented by customers.

We are confident in the quality of all of our products, from our replica Rolex watches to our fake jewelry.  But, we recognize that sometimes what you ask for isn't exactly what you want – especially when it comes to ordering online.  We don't want you to order replica sunglasses and find out that they don't suit your face!  Customer satisfaction is our priority.  We aim to please you. 

• If you are not happy, for any reason, with a product that you have ordered from us, the first thing you must do is contact us HERE.
• We will contact you with instructions as to where you are to return your unwanted product.
• You must return any products that you do not want within 7 days of receipt in order to be eligible for refund or return.
• You will send your unwanted goods via courier.  This part of the procedure will come at your own expense.  You MUST provide us with a tracking number for the returned goods or we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

You will be refunded in the same way as your initial payment was made (i.e. if you paid with your credit card your refund will be applied to it as well).  It may take up to 7 days for us to process the return after we receive a tracking number from you. When you return unwanted goods, you must make sure to include the following information:

• Your full name and the date that your order was placed or received (or both!)
• A list of the replica products (ie replica sunglasses with item number, style or make) to be exchanged or refunded
• The reason as to why you are returned the products
